The 2010 Sweetwater Estate Shiraz and Cabernet was produced in limited quantity to celebrate Duncan Hardy's (previous owner and developer of the modern Sweetwater Estate) 60th birthday.  Bottled in November 2010. The 2010 vintage resulted in beautifully ripe and dynamic fruit. Deep red with plum, blackberry, sage and cassis aromas with fine grained tannins. and has aged gracefully with leather and tobacco flavours shining through.
