This package features the estate grown Semillon with either estate Shiraz, estate Cabernet, and estate Shiraz Touriga.
FAQs
DESPATCH - After your order is processed, we will make every effort to dispatch it as soon as possible, typically within three days if placed over a weekend or public holiday. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking information.
TIME - Generally, deliveries to Central Sydney take between 2-3 business days. However, rural areas in New South Wales and Other States may take up to 14 Days to arrive. Please be aware that delays can occur during the Christmas season and other busy periods.
TRACKING - You can conveniently track or redirect your delivery using the tracking number provided in the automated email from Australia Post. For any delivery-related inquiries, please reach out to Australia Post directly. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a return and replacement promptly.
FIRST ORDER | Your initial order will be processed during checkout and dispatched to you immediately. This action will officially enrol you in the Sweetwater Wine Club, and your credit card information will be securely encrypted and stored in our system.
SUBSEQUENT ORDERS | Your next order will be automatically processed and charged on the 1st of the month, on your chosen subscription frequency. You will receive an email notification two weeks prior to the processing date.
FAILED PAYMENT | In the event of a payment failure, you will receive an automatic notification, and our system will attempt to retry the payment three times over the following week. If the issue persists, we will reach out via phone or email to offer assistance.

- You must be 18 years or older.
- You commit to minimum 12 months of shipments and acknowledge that you will automatically receive a delivery on your chosen preference of frequency chosen.
- It is your responsibility to reschedule or pause your delivery before the order + update changes to your contact details, address or credit card online or by emailing us.
- All your details will be confidential and your credit card details will be safely stored and encrypted for the purpose purchasing your Sweetwater Estate Wine Club Only.
