"One is immediately drawn to this wine by the extraordinary aroma that leaps from the glass. Its dried cherry, cacao nib, and Moroccan spice notes are alluring and mysterious. It has both richness and clarity, achieved through attentive viticulture and skilful winemaking. Fragrance, richness and brightness are the hallmarks of this impressive, moreish wine."

"A sultry number with chocolate wrapped licorice, plum skin and boysenberries. A hint of lavender and lilac blossoms peeks their pretty head through with some bayleaf, black
pepper and clove stud spice. The palate gives you even more with some Nyon olive, thyme and woodsy herbs. Powdery tannins and a god jolt of acidity to keep things fresh and moreish. Beautifully balanced and with a strong vote of confidence from well handled
and yet artfully placed oak maturation. This will go on quite the journey over time, drinking well now and again at say 6 years and earthy at 8-10 years. Buy a 6 pack to be sure. Serve with lamb ribs."
